*Hirose UK and our bank do not charge any fees for deposits, but your bank will charge you for carrying out a bank transfer.
*When making a wire payment, please ensure that you quote your Login ID when prompted for a reference. If you could not enter your Login ID, please inform us by e-mail or by phone of your name, Login ID and the deposit amount. We will not be able to process your payment unless you provide us with this information.
*Our business hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. We aim to credit your account within an hour of the receipt of your funds.
