Dear Customer,

Please kindly note the following payment-processing schedule on the 2nd January 2017.

Deposits:

Apart from a credit/debit card payment which is automatically processed, a Neteller, Skrill and Wire-Transfer payment on the 2nd January 2017 will be processed on the 3rd January 2017.

Withdrawals:

We do not process your withdrawal request on the 2nd January 2017. However, for the withdrawal request made by 01:00 GMT on the 2nd January 2017, the requested amount will be automatically debited from your trading platform at 01:00 GMT on the 2nd January and be processed for the refund on the 3rd January 2017.
