Please scan and upload (send us) A photocopy of one form of a non-expired, government-issued ID and One proof of residency document for the verification of your identity to open an account with Hirose Financial UK.

You may upload a digital version of your documents while you are filling in the application form or send them via email to info@hiroseuk.com

1. Your ID: A photocopy of one form of a non-expired, government-issued ID

● Passport

Please provide a fully visible original copy.
Your passport number must be clearly shown.
Your photo needs to be clearly shown.
It must show your full name as indicated on the application form and your date of birth.
It must show expiry date. The ID must not have expired.
(If the ID has expired, but you have been granted an extension, please submit both ID and extension.)
The MRZ number must be shown clearly.

Your identification must clearly indicate your full name, date of birth, and expiration date.
The name on the passport or national ID card must match the name on Hirose UK's Application form.

● Driving Licence

A driver's licence may be used as either an ID or proof of residence. The driver's license must show your first and last name, residential address, date of birth and must not be expired.

Please provide a fully visible original copy.
It must show your full name as indicated on the application form and your date of birth.
Your photo needs to be clearly shown.
It must show expiry date. The ID must not be expired.
The ID must show your current address if using as a proof of residence.
If there is any information on the back of your ID, please also submit it.

The name on the passport or national ID card must match the name on Hirose UK's Application form.

● National ID Card

Please provide a fully visible original copy.
Your ID number must be clearly shown.
Your photo needs to be clearly shown.
It must show your full name as indicated on the application form and your date of birth.
It must show expiry date. The ID must not have expired.
(If the ID has expired, but you have been granted an extension, please submit both ID and extension.)
Please submit the back of your ID for ID-Card Type 1 (3 lines) and ID-Card Type 2 (2 lines).
(If there is any information on the back of your ID, please also submit it)

2. A proof of your residential address: Proof of residency document with your name, your current home address and issue date clearly shown, issued within the last 6 months.

● Bank Statement

Please provide a fully visible original copy
Bank Statement must show letterhead
The document must be issued within the last 6 months.
It must clearly indicate your full name and current residential address
Confidential information such as account number(s) may be removed at your discretion

● Telephone Bill

Please provide a fully visible original copy
Telephone bill mush show letterhead
It must clearly indicate your full name and current residential address
The document must be issued within the last 6 months.

● Water Bill

Please provide a fully visible original copy
Water bill mush show letterhead
It must clearly indicate your full name and current residential address
The document must be issued within the last 6 months.

● Gas Bill

Please provide a fully visible original copy
Gas bill mush show letterhead
It must clearly indicate your full name and current residential address
The document must be issued within the last 6 months.

● Electricity Bill

Please provide a fully visible original copy
Electricity bill mush show letterhead
It must clearly indicate your full name and current residential address
The document must be issued within the last 6 months.
