How we process Withdrawal requests

* We will process your withdrawal request daily at 1:00 am (GMT) on weekdays. If you request a withdrawal after 1:00 am (GMT) on Friday or over the weekend, your request will be processed at 1:00 am (GMT) on Monday.

1. Please log in your secure page with your Login ID and Password.

2. Make sure you have already transferred your funds from Binary Options Account to MT4 account.

3. Click "New Request"on Withdrawal.

*Accounts funded via Credit / Debit Card, Wire Transfer, Skrill (Moneybookers), or Neteller are subject to receive withdrawals back to the source from which they came. Also be advised that, in some circumstances, we may only be able to remit up to the amount you have deposited. In such cases, we will contact you separately and return excess funds back to your bank account.

A notice will be sent to you by email once we have processed your payment.
Due to 3rd party payment methods and delays beyound our control, receipt of funds may take up to 5 business days to complete.

Withdrawal Fees

*We will return your funds to the source from which you have made a payment. Under some circumstances, this may not be feasible.
In such circumstances, we will require a copy of your bank statement and pay back those funds to your bank account.

Please note:

If the base currency on your trading account differs from the currency you are requesting to be withdrawn, you will also be liable for any conversion fee.
